FACTS SIS

FACTS SIS (formerly RenWeb) is our student information system. The parent access site is known as Family Portal (formerly ParentsWeb).  

Some of the Family Portal features include:

• Provides always-logged-in instant access to student information anytime, anywhere via iPhones and Android devices.

• Includes Smartphone integration with the school directory, allowing users to Tap & Send emails or place phone calls instantly to school directory listings for parents and faculty.

• Imports homework assignments, school calendar events, and directory listings to Smartphone calendars and contacts. 

• View student grades.

• View and print report cards at the end of each trimester.

• Payments for extended daycare and cafeteria charges can be paid/viewed online or by using the Family Portal.

• Viewing the school and classroom calendars.

• Access to Online Enrollment/ Reenrollment packets.

FACTS

FACTS is our school's online tuition platform and is fully integrated with FACTS SIS.  FACTS is a requirement for all families, regardless of whether a family pays tuition in full or sets up a payment plan. 

Why should you use FACTS:

• Budgeting is made easy by making since payment arrangements can be made annually, quarterly or monthly.

• Additional payments can be made anytime at your convenience without stopping at the school office.

• Information need only be set up once and will roll over with the new school year.

Why St. Anthony's Catholic School uses FACTS:

• We are able to accept all payment types.

• Late fees and delinquent accounts have been reduced substantially.

• Security of payments and ease of reporting.
